Lloydminster, Alberta Coupon Help

I am trying to help my brother who has just relocated to Lloydminster. I am looking for someone in the area to point me in the right direction for couponing and finding coupons. What stores to shop at to maximize value with limited OOP.

Hi - we moved from there several years ago, so I'm not sure how much has changed there.
They have all the major grocery stores, so he'll just have to watch out for flyers - they have a free weekly paper, too, which sometimes has coupons in it.
When we lived there, I did the bulk of our shopping at Sobey's - and the Co-op, too. Not so often at Superstore or Safeway.

I'm sure he'll love it there; it's a great city! I really miss it!

Thanks! I have told him to find a free paper with the flyers. He just got a computer so I can email him deals that I hear about - he's not one for being on the computer a bunch. He does like the city but sounds like he may only be there until summer then moving on. .
