Problem with an SC tab?

Wasn't sure where to post this but is there a problem with the "top" button on the top of the site? Everytime I try to find out what the most popular threads are, they are exactly the same every day, even the same order. It's been this way for a week. Just trying to find out if there is a problem with my internet or not. Thanks

Nope, it's correct - they are the ones with the most thumbs up; it doesn't change that often.
