LD stacking question

1. Can I use two of the SAME xxWUB2 if I'm buying two items?

2. I'm going to buy 6 of the same item. Can I use 4 of xxWUB3 on these items?

3. Can I use two SAME xxWUB3 if I'm buying 4 items?

If I have two different xxWUB2 on the items, it is not really considered stacking IMO.

1 no, you can't use 2 WUB2 coupons of the same bar code (you need to buy 2 to be able to use the coupon

2 i don't think so (trying to figure that one out, buying 6 items and using 4 coupons of WUB3?)

3 no, you can use 2 WUB2 that are the same if your buying 4 items but not 2 same WUB3, you would need to buy 6

i know these WUB coupons are a bit confusing

stacking is using multiple coupons with different barcodes for the same item

for example a stack (i'm pretty sure using the same coupons from brandsaver for febreze products) i'm planning on doing is 2-save 4WUB3(total WUB6), 3 save 2WUB2(total WUB6), and 6 save 1WUB1(total WUB6) this works out to saving $20 when i buy 6 items, then toss in whatever specific coupons for each item if that makes sense

oh if you have brandsaver flyer you can also combine with brandsaver.ca they are different barcodes from a different source

My ld lets me stack if the barcodes are the same BUT if they are the same they have to have different expiry dates. Maybe yours does as well. It was customer service here who taught me that lol.

I had difficulty doing that. Here's what I did:
Tide $7.99
Bounce $4.29
Total $12.28

3 x $3 WUB 2 (different barcodes)
$1 Bounce dryer bar
2 x $0.50 Tide (different barcodes)
$1 Tide

I thought since the total of coupons was $12 that it would be ok since the price of the 2 items was $12.28, but the cashier kept telling me I was over. I tried to explain how I did my math but she wouldn't budge. So I had to pay a couple of bucks more. Oh well, it was still a good deal!

you can only use 1 WUB3 on 3 items you have to have another 3 items to use the forth but if you have 2 different 3.00 you can use them on each item also

Here's how it worked at my LD, but be sure to ask yours because they all seem a little different:

For every 2 products you buy, you can use a Save $x.xx WUB 2

If you have 2 that have different bar codes, then you can stack them.

The same is true for other multiples of products.

For example if you buy 8 items you can use:

4 x Save $x.xx WUB 2 (because each group of two products counts as a 'purchase'

and (and why we love LD)

2 x Save $x.xx WUB 3

If you purchased 9 items, then you would be able to use 3 of the WUB3 coupies.

I used these with febreeze at LD to stack to get the more expensive febreeze items for free, this is how it worked:

Sprays/Set & Refresh were on sale for 2 for $5

I purchased 8x set & refresh/sprays (4 each) because there were other things I wanted, but stacking with these gave me "leftover" money to apply to the other products that were more expensive:

Used - 8x $1 coupons, 4x $2 WUB2, 2x $4 WUB 3

Grand total of coupons = $24, Grand total of products =$20, freeing up $4 to be used towards the diffuser I was really after ($12), and with the purchase of the diffuser, making the total number of products 9, I could use one more $4 coupon. Since they were WUB multiple product coupons as long as the purchase of my sprays is together with the diffuser, it can be done.

So the diffuser lets me use 1 more $4 coupon
And I had 2 x $2 coupons (diff UPC, one brandsaver.ca, one insert).

So $4 leftover + $4 wub3 + $4 product specific coupons = Free diffuser

It was only done with copies of the insert, and 1 $2 coupon from the web.

If I had any leftover web coupons (WUB), I could have stacked them and purchased less sprays/set&refresh, but alas they were long gone.... If I didn't have the web $2 coupon I could have used another $1 flier coupon and gotten the 9 items for $1, just using coupons found in the fliers - Thanks P & G!
