Trouble with J&J link and I've been rewarded

The newsletter that J & J sends out through email- it came last week. I tried getting the coupons (which was redirected to web saver). When I got to web saver, the coupons didn't carry over and I couldn't access them. I emailed J&J. While they said to contact web saver about this problem, they have mailed me coupons for glade and ziploc for my trouble.

Thought I'd mention it in case someone else had the same prob. hopefully they are worthwhile coupons!

Thanks! I find J&J really good. I had issues with a coupon before (expired when I printed it) and I sent them a quick e-mail to let them know, and they mailed me a FPC for Ziploc.

I think of the two companies as one as well.. it doesnt matter what we call them.. awesome that you followed through and got some nice coupons.. I just give up when the site gets wonky.. kudos to you for going the extra step..
