Yup, I didn't see the link either... I'm guessing bc it was not open to Canadians... They could have at least posted that on FB...

There is the link to write to them!
I wrote asking if there is a similar offer for canadians, and to please, in the future, specify when offers are closed to canadians so that we are not disapointed and don't our waste time.MY ORANGE KEY 16680564S1

As promised guys, here is the answer I got from Downy:
''I'm sorry you're upset all promotions aren't available to Canadian consumers. While we'd like to include every internet user in each promotion, there are a number of legal restrictions that limit our ability to make them available to everyone. Since laws differ from country to country (even sometimes province to province here in Canada), we can't make the same claims they make in the United States. We're trying very hard to include every single consumer in each one of our promotions, and we're currently investigating what actions we need to take. Be assured your comments are important to us and we do appreciate your feedback.
While we don’t have coupons to send upon request, we invite you to visit www.brandsaver.ca. You can select coupons for some of your favorite P&G brands and we’ll deliver them right to your door.
If you enjoy receiving free samples (and who doesn’t!), you might want to check out our P&GBrandSAMPLER site. This website is your online source for free samples of health, beauty, and home care products from P&G. Offers change quarterly and you can participate once per offer period. Check it out at www.pgbrandsampler.ca
Thanks again for getting in touch.''
At least they gave a good answer! Have a great day everyone!MY ORANGE KEY 16680564S1
