Updpate spend $150 on GC get 5000 pts

Just got off the phone about the 5000 points when you buy $150 in GC (this was a week or so ago), the shoppers guy said they were having technical difficulties and so they will get to giving out the points as soon as possible (they were suppose to be added Nov 19) So please be patient.

I too got the same message today. Aside from the "overwhelming response" to the promo (well DUH!), they are having technical issues with the points adjustment. She said it should hopefully be completed before month end.

I just got 3,500 bonus points credited to my account but I'm not sure where they came from... I'm waiting for the double points in October (this number seems to even to me though...), 4,000 for this past weekend and 5,000 for the gift card promo. Does anyone know where the 3,500 may have come from? Thanks!

I also got 3,500 points. Apparently these are the points for gift card promo. I did not participate in October double points promo and I already got my bonus credit card points.

They gave us 1,500 right away and now 3,500 points. Most of us expected 6,500 points, so maybe they will add 1,500 later or maybe that's it?

I just had 10500 pts added. Participated 3 times in the gift card promo so thats 3x 3500. I expected 3x 5000 in addition to the 1500 at time of purchase but I'm ok with this too.

Based on a call with SDM... All we are getting is the 1500 credited at the point of sale, and the 3500 credited as promo points today.

I figure, "whatever", any bonus points for buying gift cards works for me.

Of course, they should honour the terms of the promo. 5000 BONUS points. If you bought SDM gifts cards, which always fetch REGULAR points, you are out 1500 bonus points per $150 worth of SDM cards.

But likely all you will get from SDM is an apology for "any confusion and inconvenience."

Non Shoppers gift cards are normally no points.
