Help needed to understand

This may seem like a pretty simple question but I can't seem to figure it out...when I sign into SC, I see the "Welcome MamasitaDonna" and underneath it says "Your Notifications - 2". If I click on this it tells me "New Reputation Comments". When I click on this I see a bunch of threads but have no idea why I'm seeing them. Please help, I really don't understand. Thanks so much

Scroll to the bottom. It will show a smaller table of your post and what a user has posted about it. You get reputation points when they do that.

Click on the white icon on the left under Total Candies to get rep comments.

Clicking on yours tells you how many pts you have.
