Hello i want to make some canelloni with ground beef which i really liked in the past.

My mother used to add milk cream upon it(which also used in pasta with bacon/cheese recipe in the oven) and i would like to know if there is anyway to create that cream without bying the carton bottle one

I have moved to usa now and it doesnt seem that many people use it or know it and I couldnt really find any milk cream in the market expect the sweet whip ones used for cakes.
