They're open now I think. I've seen my cardiologist at 7:15 before. If they don't take new patients I'll talk to my Doc next time I see him and ask if he'll take you on. He's rated one of the top 20 GPs in Montreal. Took me a year of begging to get to see him LOL. He finally got annoyed with me and took me on. He;s awesome too. A real smart ass with attitude! In a good way of course, just really funny. LOL He's not for the "overly sensitive" type. He doesn't sugar coat sh1t and he'll double test if he feels the tech did a sloppy job.

He's the kind of Dr that says, "I'm no expert, I'm a GP, I treat colds and hypochondria. I'm sending you to a specialist because they're supposed to know what they're doing" and he refers you to the best.

If it weren't for him I'd be dead. Everyone else was ignoring me or telling me I suffered from depression. Through his chanels I'm now in genetics and being treated (took 5 years to get someone to listen)

My geneticist adn rheumatologist can't believe my other QuakBiatch refused to refer me. LOL When I tol dthem who they were all I got was a sympathetic smile. I told my Rheuma, "Ya can't get a referral if no one respects your Dr as a doctor" and he giggled so that's when I knew she was the type of quak who got a D- in med school and probly got the rest of her degree in a cracker jacks box. *eyeroll* God I hate her

I will let you know and if they tell me they don't take on new patients...pls help me.... i would love to have a doctor.

It's residents doing their interniship/fellowship but it's even better because they're taught to check for EVERYTHING!

When BigD was 19 days old he was really sick and had a bad fever. I took him in to see his pedi and he said it was normal to keep him cool and give him more milk. Being a 1st time mom I just thought I was panicking for nothing. He had a big bobo on his bum cheek, an open sore and he gave him a cream. That was 10days prior and he told me it was my fault because I was drinking too much juice and milk and his poop was too acidic.

That night when his fever didn't subside with Tylenol, I took him to the MUCH ER. They admitted him within 5 minutes, I did the paperwork while they examined him. He had a strep infection on his bum (flesh eating virus). The intern saw him, undressed him and figured it out in 2 seconds flat. He was admitted for 3 days for a severe dose of antibiotics intravenously and was fine but if I had listened to him, he would have died.

No but nothing that warrants a hospital visit. Just another flare. My kidneys are acting up so it looks worse than it is... my color's off and my face is super puffy. They can't do anytihng really.. I'm already taking th emeds they'd give me. Until I pee blood, nothing to do. Lay off salt (no more chips LOL) and lay off sweets and I'll be fine.
