Hey Everyone,
So I am new to couponing, havent actually done it yet but im getting prepared to go on my first trip next week.
I was hoping I could get some help, and tips and tricks everyone uses to help me out.
I am 16 so admittedly a little young to be couponing, but im going off to college in the fall and I need to save money somehow.
I have a few questions, so I hope everyone can bear with me..
First off, I live in an area where we dont get coupon inserts because I dont live close enough to an active grocery store, I live in Quebec but do my shopping in Ontario. Is there any way I can get coupon inserts sent to my home? Maybe by contacting the manufacterers of the coupon insterts? Or would that be a lost cause?
Also I was wondering if someone could send me a link to the NoFrills coupon policy. I have been searching for it and cant find it.
Lastly I was wondering if anyone know if PROXIM - its a drugstore takes coupons. I was on the website and looked around but didnt find anything. If you guys could help me out it would be great.
Also , if ANYONE has an idea where coupons for Charmin toilet paper are , PLEASE LET ME KNOW! That is the one thing im hunting for and cant find!
Thanks, and im looking foreward to hear all of your advice and excited for my first shopping trip.
Sorry this was long!

Just did a search on Proxim in SC and found a couple of posts that indicate that Proxim takes coupons. They are a little dated but they appear that coupons are okay!!

I'm not aware of any way to get coupon inserts sent to your home (other than with a newspaper subscription). You might find that on insert days a newspaper you buy at your local store would actually carry it. Or you can always trade with an SC member to get copies of the particular coupons that you want (there is a list published here with what's in the insert).
Good luck!Kate

You might want to start your own thread instead of bumping an old one. There is a printable coupon thread on this site under the coupon tab.
Check the web address (url) before you print out coupons, if it says .ca (and not .com), you should be okay. Livingwell.ca and Smartsource.ca allows you to print off your own coupons.
