Shoppin' in the rain and smelling good deals ;)

Even though it was raining cats and dogs I went to do a few errans and ended up RAOKing some shopppers, getting some coupons, mailing some as a RAOK to someone on FB, and getting a compliment with some deals.

At No Frills I picked up another 24 cans of Campbells soup for 25c each (this timethe cashier knew exactly how to deduct the coupon. Since I had some extras and I saw a lady loading some into her cart I went up and asked her if she had the coupon (who knows she could have been one of us ). She sadi she didn't so I handed some over and explained who it worked. As I was going that ANOTHER lady came up from behind me and asked what it was all about so I told her and handed her some too. I had to get the heck outta dodge since more people started to congregate around me. These ladies were so shocked and super happy to get them for 25c ec they kept thanking me as I walked down the isle. I felt so good knowing that these people were now going to save $$$. I call it "coupon-fairy itis "

IGA was my next stop. Kelloggs frosted mini wheats reg $6.15 (ya right! Like I'd pay that much ) down to $4.97 with a $1 peelie that was good til June 2012 so $3.97. I know I had cereal at home but I loves me my frosted mini wheats . Knorr sidekicks ( I got the rice versions) were 5/$5 so I got 4 using the B3G1 coupon on the display. 75C ea is a good deal and off to the food bank they go. Now here comes the funny/weird/creepy part. I was checking out the display of Kelloggs cereal that had an offer for a FREE subscription to Chateline when I noticed this rather large older man staring at me. I started to walk away and lok at another display and there he was again. So I sheepisly look up and he's got this HUGE grin on his face and says " Wow! You smell goooooooood" . I really didn't know what to say but I sheepishly replied "Um, thanks" with a smile and left. This always happens when I wear Happy by Clinique . I guess it's better than someone saying " YOU STINK!"

Anyways that was my day in a nutshell and now I'm gonna eat som FMW

Good job on the fairying. I once had a creepy dude tell me I smelled good when I used Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears. Lucky a new cashier opened up right then and I moved over! Strange dudes should never say that to random women :S
