    OMG I want to throw my laptop out the window, which I know will only make it worse but still - no safe mode, and my windows recover disk didn't work, it loaded all the files and then just went to normal boot mode and I got the same blue screen so now I have to reinstall windows - and I haven't backed up my files in a while
