Does anyone know a local school that participates in this program? I would love to contribute!

Thank You for the post. I just spent the last half hour researching this more. Didn't look to much at the garnier program, but the other items that terracycle accepts.
Our Parent Association is always looking for ways to recycle and Fort Mac, doesn't have a plastic recycling program yet. So I looked at the cereal bag recycling program to start.
From what I understand of the program:
1. An individual can sign up for the program.
2. Collect any of the recyclable items yourself, when you have enough print out a free postage label and drop off at a UPS location.
3. Once you've collected 1000 pts ($10) you can make a donation to any non-profit organization.
Cereal bags are only $.02/bag so would take an individual awhile to get to $10. Doing candy wrappers after Halloween would be profitable though.
