anyone else been emailing cogate-palmolive for coupons, and not recieving them? I've tried twice, and both times I get emails saying they are sending coupons and they never arrive?

same here...they respond because I wrothe before Christmas they did sending them...never receive it...I wrothe back last week and they said they would resend others....so hope to receive them this time

And bf e-mailed for the coupons too and got the respond no coupons available...that so weird

I must have emailed them over 2 months ago, and realized, hey i haven't received any coupons that they said they were going to be sending out, so i emailed them and told them i hadn't received them yet and here was the response:

Thank you for contacting the Colgate-Palmolive Web Site regarding Colgate Palmolive. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us with your comments.

I apologize that you have not received the coupons that we promised you. If you could please wait a bit longer as we have had a slight delay.

We trust this information is helpful to you and we thank you again for contacting us.

umm when u call them they tell u look out for coupons in inserts... magazines.. etc.. they dont mail them out but lets hope when u email they do send them out!

Weird, when I emailed them a few months ago I got an email back saying they no longer send out coupons... so I called about 3 weeks ago and the guy I talk to said of course they send coupons! So fingers are crossed that they show up!

I called them with a legitimate complaint about a product and they said they would send me some replacement coupons, but never received them. I called back last week and they appologized and said they would send me some more and that I should receive them in 7-10 days. I'll let you know if they arrive.

I start to think that CP mix up all the envies, after strike they have more & more envies loses, I'm waiting for Palmolive, P&G, Fritolay and more than never came
