Sounds interesting , thanks alot. We are just getting ready to reduce the cable and remove the netflix. Maybe this would be a good alternative, even after for $4.99 is fine.

Glad to hear it! I don't subscribe to cable anymore (got too expensive to pay for 500 channels when i watched about 5) and having access to all these websites comes in VERY handy.
I am only on slow DSL but on Feb 17th I am having cable internet installed which will be 4x faster and no cap! I am much looking forward to taking advantage of my Netflix subscription and all these websites when the time comes!Last edited by BobSagget; Fri, Feb 3rd, 2012 at 12:32 PM.

if you mean can you just change your DNS to something random and get access to US sites, then no you can't. You have to point your DNS to their servers.
If you are asking if you need to download something from them or simply point your DNS entry to their servers, then the answer is no you don't download anything, you just register for the trial with your email and input the DNS servers and you're done. A week later they will send you an email saying your trial is over and the sites will no longer work. So you can either sign up for 4.99/month to keep it working, or point your DNS servers back to rogers/bell/opendns or whoever else you use.

After your change your DNS on your router, reboot the router so the settings are saved. Now you're done. Simply go to the site you want to watch TV shows on and it should allow you. If it doesn't then something was set up wrong.
