bit of a pain but ...like their page (facebook) , sign up for an account with them THEN go back to the free sample (left side of their page says "free sample") use your account name and password you created....THEN hit submit....AND thou I selected Canada as country of origin..( in the signup procedure)...when I hit the submit button for the free sample...it kept my all my info correct..... however it defaulted to the UK...so make sure to check that if you want to jump hoops for this sample...

I believe thats UK only addresses. Before you like the page read the small print right under the big GREEN SAMPLE writing.
