New vancouver coupon swap group

Hey everyone!

I know there are some other meet-ups and groups on here and I just want to be clear that I'm not trying to compete with them or anything. I know there can be some couponing politics and I don't want to step on anyone's toes! It's difficult for me to get to the GVA so I'm starting a group that will meet at least once a month to swap in vancouver. I'm thinking we will meet in a central location near the skytrain on the first Sunday of every month.

Great!! Since tomorrow is kind of short notice when would be best for you guys to meet up for this month? and going forward we'll say the first sunday of the month at 10am downtown at the starbucks on granville and georgia since it's close to both skytrains and buses. I'm also available evenings during the week if that works better.

I'm interested too. For the starbucks downtown location, it's definitely easy for public transit but I drive and would prefer a location that's accessible to skytrain/busses but also vehicle accessible. Would that be possible. Saturday mornings are good for me too.

Ok the first meeting will be Saturday Feb 11 at 10am, for now we'll take a vote for those who can attend: Starbucks downtown on Granville at W Georgia (near skytrain, canada line buses and parking at the bay) OR McDonalds on W Broadway at Cambie (near the Canada Line and bus routes).

starbucks on west georgia is a VERY busy location.
i dont think that couponing there would be a very good idea.
maybe somewhere more quiet
