I ordered from Nestlé for free samples and never got it... they said they sent it in march last year... I talked with them many times and they said they resent it back in september... still haven't received it. So I emailed them again. Never got an answer. Great customer service, found them a bit rude on the phone. I ordered it at someones else house... still nothing... I told them, my baby is 7 months now and I ordered your package when I was still preggo. But you are sending me coupons for toddlers???

Thank you, hopefully this one will come. I find the more kids I'm having, the less samples I get. I had a ton of samples when I had my frist one back in 2006, and it seemed like everything I singed up always arrived, now with my 3rd one, I hardly get anything, same address used way too many times? Similac even called me to verify if I really had a baby.

I believe some companies have stopped some great freebies to new moms due to people taking advantage and ordering for their sisters, neighbors, coworkers, local foodbanks and so on. Too bad the actual moms are missing out on great stuff because of this
