This site is a rip off , they took 500 points from me. Oh well It was great while it lasted. I got $30 in HMV cards and $60 in M.A.C gift cards. Awesome.

what how did they take 500pts from you...?

I think if your referel is inactive for a certain amount of time they think your scamming you and deduct your 500 points

i'm waiting for purchase points too... likely i'll cash in and be gone. I know it's not their fault if the affiliate doesn't send it to them, and they are looking into it for me - the CS person has been quite nice.

I'm having the same problem, curls. I made a purchase through Chapters in February during the double points event. The last time this happened it was relatively quick to be resolved but this time not so much.

I also placed an order with Softmoc through Pigsback back in Feb. and have never received any points for it.

Just got my points today - hope everybody gets them! they told me they're working on updating all the points this week. I didn't know about the double points event - maybe that explains why i got so many points! LOL

The update must be why I suddenly received 100 points:shrug: It says its for a contest through Indigo Books? Does anybody remember anything like this? I was sure I would remember this since I work for Indigo. I wonder if this should make me ineligible?:confused:
