Problems with Pigsback

Lately they have been giving less points and on top of that, i'm not getting my points for doing all the daily quizzes!

Are you getting any problems with this site or is it just me?!?

Contact them and tell them you didn't get your pts. I contacted them , I figure the more people that contact them the better.

I do not think they are giving points for quizzes anymore.

I don't really know though. They are doing a bunch of changes to their site.... everything is different now

I contacted them this morning. I have had problems the past few days. Im still waiting for a response.

they have cut down the number of points you can get. But when I enter the quizes it still says you won 10 points but it doesnt register. I have only had this problem yesterday and today though.

I'm having the same problem as well. I also have not been credited with my points from two large purchases I made through an affiliate.

There's no support on weekends so we have to wait until Monday before they see our complaints.

I have noticed the same thing with my account as well...it says the points are credited but when I go and look they are not there...please tell me how the response goes once you get an answer...it would be much appreciated...

I noticed with the quizzes it says "you've been entered in the draw" so i wonder if all quizzes are now draws.

Hmmmmm good question curls. Maybe we should all email then to see what's up. I figure I'm owed almost 100 points, plus the 1200 from the purchases.

Wow!!! I guess I am not the only one. I answered a few quizzes and no points were ever credited....I never thought to email. I will if it happens again. Thanks so much for bringing up this topic.

i ordered a tim hortons $5 gift certificate when they still offered them?
they still havent sent that to me...
but the one i ordered after that....tim hortons $5 quickpay card...
they sent that one =/

I've had the same problem for the past three days. I figure that if the quiz offer is for 10 points, we should get them. I'm owed 155 points and have also written to them.

Wonder if we'll hear anything back?????

I have had the same problem. Says I win points but sure don't see them. Also does any one know, is there an easy way of winning points?
