no multiples for me either, I think I ordered twice of multiples coupons, only got 1 envelope so far with singles in it

Yes I have been receiving my multiples
The only ones I received one at a time were the Boxing Event promo coupons but they eventually all came

I got all the coupons I ordered at once everyone else is getting them in singles? I think I ordered mine like 3 weeks ago and I got them on a week and half ago

They posted on their facebook page that the option to order multiples was a mistake... So I guess no multiples! But at least they let us order more often than save.ca or websaver!

Never gotten multiples despite requesting them. Thought it was just me. Very disappointing as I then had to trade for some Royale coupons so I could have them in time for the latest SDM tissue sale. I would of gotten 8 but could only get 6 coupons in time, 5 of those were from trades! But I guess I should be happy to get anything right?
