Question about the new P&G coupon

Please help i have a question there is this new coupon about spend $40.00 and yo will receive a free sample
Does this mean that the brandsampler site wont work anymore??? Or
Do I have to spend 40.00 in coupons to get the sample or can i buy 40.00 in p&g brands im not really sure how ths work please help thank you for helping and reading my thread

You have to buy $40 worth of P&G products on one bill and then you can submit your bill for the free sample - guess it is their way of a MIR for the sample packs
