I went to the liberty tax services in millwoods mall in zellers, the guy was horrible, couldn't even understand what he was saying. we asked him several important questions that we needed to know and he could barely answer them, and then shrugged them off. I had to correct him 3 times on our taxes, putting my information in my wife's information. Then he wanted to charge us 150$ to do our taxes, when we called they informed us that it would be a max of 100$. Then when we got home we realized he made another mistake and punched in the wrong numbers on the t4, whatever u do don't go there. complete waste of our time and money but the frustration came free lol. next year i'm doing quicktax!!!!

H and R block is usually good, each year new staff go though the H&R block
training course - so they should know that they are talking about

How complicated are your returns? I do my entire families. RRSP, post secondary, and transit deductions.

It's really not that difficult.
