To buy a regular one you have to be a student but you can get a SPC VIP from a subscription to Lou Lou mag

LOL. How hard is it to just give a straight answer? SPC is a student price card that you can use in selected store to receive an additional discount anywhere from 5-30%. If you get the non-student card then anyone can use use it.
She was funny.

I'm so glad that I got this card this year - it's been great so far! Just this past weekend we saved $15 off our purchase at Sport Chek - worth it right there.
I was at Ardene last night and used it and she asked me for a valid student ID. I just showed her the card more closely and said that I don't need one (which it clearly states right on the card). I'm actually surprised at how many stores accept it.

Yeah some stores are not used to seeing the VIP ones, when I used it at Swiss Chalet they said they had never seen the VIP one but they accepted it without an issue, just a passing comment. I can imagine Ardene sees more of the student ones than VIP ones given their market

Can you still get the VIP through LouLou or was it a one time offer?
