Thread: 'Local' Flour?

Has anybody come across any local flour? From the Atlantic Provinces area? I do know about Speerville in New Brunswick, but I'd like to buy just a bag at a time, within Halifax if possible.

go to the grainery downtown halifax they should have some and more info for the farmers to buy direct.

I know that balmoral grist mill is still in production, but whether it's available in the city anywhere, I can't tell you.
