    Found Pantene Hairspray and Mousse at Grandview Rcss for $1.49 so less than $1 with various coupons or free with the $1.50 peelie.

    The Pantene is kept in the aisle right next to the pharmacy and not with the rest of the regular price pantene. There are a couple of types for curly hair, medium hair and fine hair.
