Can you stack 2 or 3 coupons to pay for(or mostly pay) for the first one and then get the other free? Seems to me that there are at least 2 if not 3 coupons out for these.

At my store, the regular price is $14.99. They will let me use one coupon, but not stack with their store bogo coupons. I'm not sure how much that varies store to store.
