Just watched wasn't like a "hoarding show" where houses are gross (the one ladies garage was very nicely organized even if she did dumpster dive) BONUS hubby loved the show and said go for IT !!!!! and with a possible move closer to a US border I may need a very big garage LOL

I see there's a lot of new visitors today and I was wondering where they're coming from
Were we mentioned on TV or in the paper or something?

Yeah, you can bet that if the cameras weren't there, it would have been a different scene altogether.
I'm seriously worried about the mental health of Nathan, Amanda, and Joanie. WTF is he going to do with all that body wash and deodorant??? And seriously Amanda...if you're gonna hoard pasta, keeping it in the hot attic is not a cool idea. I can smell an infestation of something going to happen at YOUR house. But when I grow up, I wanna BE Joyce!!

I watched it - I think it was pretty well done compared to some of the other similar episodes I have watched.
... I'm earning $5-25 Amazon.ca gift cards EVERY month, are you?
P.S. ... starting to hunt for ShoppingChannel GC's with no minimum purchase ...

I wish these people knew when to STOP. As I pointed out before, Nathan had 1500 deodorants. And on the episode he bought 80 more. WHY???? I don't care that they were free. YOU DON'T NEED THEM. Leave them for someone else. And I find it infuriating that so many of them cleared the shelves.
They glossed over how much they spend on the coupons themselves. I wonder how much Nathan's 1100 cereal coupons cost. And they didn't mention how much that one couple spent on the insurance on their stockpile. If you're paying for insurance for your stockpile, and the stockpile doesn't fit into TWO rooms, you need help.
As someone already pointed out, only that one woman actually got a realistic haul of groceries. What did Nathan get? A crapload of cereal, pepsi, deodorant, toothbrushes, floss, & hand soap?
I found the show to be sort of inspiring, but also super annoying.

These people were definitely extreme, i think that they should donate alot of what they buy, because otherwise all that food and what not will expire before they are eaten or used. The food banks and shelters could really benefit.

Also, I'd like to point out that salad dressing expires. All those bottles of Kraft salad dressing on Nathan's shelves? I'm sure there were over 100. When I buy that stuff, I find that they expire in the next 6-12 months. There's no way in hell he's using it up before it goes bad.
