sorry Debra I got several tubs and thank goodness its not my favourite because the superstore freebie tubs yum they went fast! **heat nutrigrain bar in microwave for 20sec add icecream and its sort of like cheaters fruit crisp OR mmmmm heat up several christies chewy choc chip cookies for 20sec then add icecream ummmmmm**
