Yes, i've gotten one $50 Boomertowne Visa GC and used it at Winner's no problem and should work anywhere that takes Visa.

Just redeemed $250.00, was saving the points for Christmas but needed the extra $$$ for gas. The newest gas price in Montreal is $151.4

Has anyone ever had a problem trying to use them in stores?

My daughter actually had trouble at one place because they panicked and messed the transaction up. She then had to pay cash and after calling customer service we had to go back to the place and get them to fax their company letterhead with a note saying they canceled the transaction, the amount was put back on the card the same day.

Other than that we have had no trouble with them.

Thanks for the congrats on my win, hopefully I can return the same when you all win big prizes. The money sure came in handy at the right time, just paid off some bills from last weeks journey to the hospital. A couple more trips and it seems like they will be ready to operate. The doctors are very kind in re-assuring us that it's not going to be a dangerous operation.
