    Got Milk
I live on a farm and times are pretty hard as the area I live
in is considered economically depressed. It's so bad, that I've heard some
of our neighbors were having a hard time making ends meet.
This morning, I woke up to hear a knock at the door. When I
went to answer the door -- this is the sad sight that I saw. It just about
    broke my heart...!!

I love feta and goat cheese.

Here is a simple treat for those who enjoy goat's cheese.

Any goat cheese you like, Artisan crisps( from Ace bakery) I suppose rusks
or other toasted bread like crackers... I spread a bit of goat's cheese on the crisp and add some salsa, again any kind that you like...

Easy tasty, and whom ever I have had over here, had thoroughly enjoyed them. Some people bake the salsa and cheese.... I prefer the way it tastes, raw, uncooked.

I like feta cheese on pizza too! Though I generally put it on my bruschetta. Yum
