Evening Everyone:

Haven't been able to get on today. Went to Scotiabank theatre for free showing of The Hangover but unfortunately it was full. This was a free showing Scene was putting on for 7 p.m. I went to get my tickets at 2 p.m. (thinking I was real early), but they told me they were sold out at noon! (they opened the box office at 11:30 a.m) Oh well, I did see it free when it came out last year.

I was reading last night that they have a script ready to go for the sequel! The original cast is returning, but the plot and city in which the debauchery happens is a secret. Tiger Woods is the celebrity being bandied about to take the place of Mike Tyson.

A few people were complaining they weren't happy when JACK FM changed
formats last summer? I was checking local news 94.9 in Oshawa but I tuned my dial a little off the other day and hit a new station Vinyl 953 out of Hamilton and they have been playing a decent mix. It comes in fine in Whitby and you still get Toronto traffic.
All the trivia stuff on Q107 works on the Vinyl website.

Thanks, Kevin. I used to listen to this station when I lived in Burlington. I can't recall how it was branded, but I do remember falling into the "eight o'clock Floyd Void" often on my way home after my long days at the Fire Academy.

I'm listening online; April Wine followed by Wilson Pickett - not too shabby. It's a Corus station so all of the same stuff as Club Q. Tommy James! Cool! "I feel fine, I'm talkin' 'bout peace of mind ..."
