I'm pretty new to Q-107 contests. I have never seen any "trade ins" available. Does anything ever actually come up or do you just have to keep entering contests?

Once in a while a trade in comes up, like a few months ago you could trade so many points to get an invite to the Derringer Breakfast at Christmas time and I think you could trade for movie tickets at one point.

Yea, kind of popasmurf, the waiting 30 minutes before you can post another word is kind of stupid, I don't know what the reasoning is there, but hey if we get in on the cash grab it will be worth it! I haven't gotten in before, but hopefully this round......we'll see....

the snow is a fallin around the Beaches area of T.O. Looks kind of nice, but the shovelling is NOT!

Thanks for seeing that! I tried to look through all their mumble jumble to find a limit and didn't see one so I thought we could post every half hour. It looks like EACH WORD ONLY ONCE AND WAIT 1/2 HOUR BEFORE PUTTING THE NEXT WORD IN.

If I remember correctly, the grad pic of him in the opening credits of Growing Pains is from Bramalea S.S. (where I graduated as well)

A friend of mine used to babysit for relatives of his. I want to say his parents, but I'm not 100% sure.

I graduated from Bramalea Secondary as well. I ended up going back a few years after I had graduated to teach night school...it looked completely different when you're not seeing it as a student. Lots of good memories and a couple of life-long friends.

I can't get on to where you enter the Cash Grab words, it keeps saying wrong password, but it is the right password as I have already gotton onto the site! I don't want to change it cause I'm used to this one, had to e-mail them, hope they get back to me soon, frustration.......

I know the word is curling which is what I am off to play right now! I am very tired though, one of those sleepless nights......

The password I have with Club Q works just fine in the contests area. I recommend that you try the following:

1. Log on to the Q site where you enter the regular winning words etc.
2. Click on "My Account"
3. Click on "Edit Profile"
4. Verify your password by re-entering it
5. Click "Update Member Info" at the bottom
