I've tried a few blacking rub recipes that I found online but all of them either call for too much sugar, have no heat or are all heat & no taste or they taste god awful.
So I decided to do what I do best & created my own
1 t Salt
1 t Black pepper
1 t Cajun
1 t Chipotle
1 t Cayenne
1 t Paprika
1 t Italian Seasoning
1 t Garlic Salt (not garlic powder)
1 t Mustard powder
1/2 t Celery Salt
1/2 t Onion Powder
1 T Brown Sugar
