oh ok that explains it. That means that I can't leave a rating for someone until it's fixed right? lol I thought I was going nuts when I couldn't find it...

Yes, since it no longer is supported by vbulletin at all its a harder thing to move over. However I have my fingers crossed tech will find an easy way to transfer it over
