Stouffer rewards - question

I tried several times yesterday and today to register and enter my 12 pins - I can't get past the first registration page.
Did someone else try with no success or it's only me?

Yup was doing that to me too..

I had the same problem. The system kept booting me out and putting me back to page 1. Finally, I checked off the box that says "remember me" and everything worked fine.

interesting. I've had no problems at all on the stouffers site...the lean cuisine site however keeps giving me error with no system message re a glitch or update or anything. grrr. hope you all get to enter your pins soon!

LC site is now on day 3 of "system error" or whatever.

I can hold onto those boxes...

try to refresh the page or use compatibility view. sometimes that really helps.

I was lucky enough to register my pins and receive the coupons and the $10 gift card in the mail. The gift card however doesn't work when I tried to use it at the store - customer service suggested that the gift card had already been used.

My Wal-Mart gift card didn't work initially either but, after a number of tries, it went through. It's highly unlikely that a gift card you received directly from the Stouffers Rewards Program would already have been used.

Try again and, if it still doesn't work, contact Stouffers. I hope you get it resolved soon!

I was on the site about 15 min. ago-if you are already registered, the login feature should work.

For the giftcard users--does the back of the card come with a website to log in and register the card? Or to check its value? I suspect the card might need an online registration.

Nope the cards are ready to use. Haven't had a problem with either one I've recieved.

I have somewhat related question. Is the pin stay the same within a favor of product? Say I buy two boxes of Lean Cuisine Thai Chicken. Will the pin be the same or is it two different pin?
