I keep seeing random users post deals for $0.01. Are they scams or what's the deal with this?

i purchased the penny earphones about three weeks ago and i received them in the mail yesterday, my daughter loves them, i paid a penny and free shipping, i am not saying all of them are good but i know this one is,,,,,,,,good luck

I also got the 1 cent ear phones. Can't speak for how long they will last but they work fine and are certainly worth 1 cent. I was very skeptical when I ordered but it seemed it was an OK deal.

I've always received the product. I even ordered a few small things from them after.
