I'm jealous of what you got too...we went to my Wal-Mart yesterday and no sign of any Christmas goodies or gift packs left. I did get some free shave cream though and some almost free deodorants, plus some other great deals so can't complain. It's so much fun!

I am brand new to couponing and found the following today at Zellers and Walmart with my husband - we are total coupon addicts now! We got some great buys and save TONS of money!!!! I just had to share..

Jan 10, 2011 - Total Haul - Coupon Savings of $130.50 in one day!! YAY!!

Found some Christmas Gift packs on sale too! Old spice one was marked down to $3.50 - bought a $2.00 deodorant so that I could apply the $3.00 off when you buy 2 so works out to .50 cents for the gift pack! WOW!

Purchased on sale and applied coupons - secret deodorant was FREE - Shave Gel was FREE, Fleecy was FREE and Old Spice was .55 cents ea after coupons were applied! Can't get much cheaper than that! The Nestle Chocolate bar 3 pk was marked down to $1.14 and the 11 pack of Christmas lollypops were marked down to $1.00...


The best deal EVER - see below!! - got these scented candles for 52cents per package!! (they were originally 8.99 marked down to $2.72 - applied BOGO coupon that I had from last month and it works out to $1.36 ea ) then applied a $10 gift card when you spend $10 on Glade product - ends up to be .52cents each!! for a pack of 4 - one of my best finds today!



Total savings on these products today: $130.50 in coupon savings!! Awesome day!

I can't wait for next month's brand saver!!

Woohoo! You're amazing for being brand new to this... I took WAY longer to do very well at all, and have still never saved more than 100 in one day!
Regarding the MIR for Glade, it IS one per person but more than one per household. (Weird rule, since couldn't you just make up names?). I bought the same holiday 4-packs for my sister for Christmas (and one for me!) and sent in two MIR forms in seperate envelopes, one under my name and one under my hubby's. Congratulations on finding your natural talent for couponing! *gives props*
