So one day I went shopping for one of my favourite frozen pizzas PC Brand Spicy Italian Sausage & Pepperoni Wood Fired Thin Crust.
http://www.presidentschoice.ca/LCLOn...Id=prod1120005
I bought 2 and when I got home and opened up each box, one of the pizzas was almost half the size of the other one. So imagine a personal sized pan pizza in a box meant for a family sized pizza.
Disappointed I wrote an email complaint about the items to RCSS with photos of the 2 pizzas.
They took my complaint very seriously and passed along my photos to quality control and asked me to confirm dates so they could verify where the batch was made to prevent further issues. Then they quickly sent me a $10 GC to refund me for both items as a way to apologize.
I've got to say it has been a LONG time since a company has taken action and stood by their product by honouring the customer. They've really renewed, so to speak, their brand to me and I am very impressed with their customer service in taking a stand to ensure that their product's quality control is met. This thread is currently associated with: Real Canadian Superstore RCSS

We bought one of those awhile back, they had the 50% off stickers on them but were nowhere near the expiry date so we gave it a try. Tasted horrible & after we thought about it & the other 99% of the store that was on clearance we started to think they were in the flood & had probably been contaminated. That made me look at everything I bought that night & I found other things not on sale were expired! I made a complaint & never got a reply at all.
The comapnies that made the expired products did replace them though. So now I'll just pay the extra & go with the companies that care.I am currently looking for coupons for non parishable foods or grocery coupons good until December to help with Christmas food helpers.
If you have any to trade please PM me.
