Sephora has some great deals right now and I 'm going to order online for the first time. I am at the order screen and the one Box is for "state/province" but there are no provinces to select the next is "country" but you can't pick anything but U.S.
What am I doing wrong here?? I know othere have order online......any suggestions

Thanks guys. I figured it out but the item I wanted isn't sold in Canada. The fragrance sampler
