If your house was on fire, and you had time to grab only ONE item before you could get out safely (OTHER THAN FAMILY MEMBERS OR PETS), what would you take?

laptop/camera(always right beside laptop)
actually last summer when my bldg was on fire and we had to evacuate ....in the few mins I had after scooping up 3 furr babies and my emergency bag....I grabbed my laptop/camera/cell phone&charger and my wallet....
I actually have a RED backpack to grab incase of emergency...I keep some neccessities(sp?)..canned cat food, week of medication, change of clothes, ziplock bag of kitty litter and photocopies of all my ID and a bank card for my emegency bank account.....I check the bag about every few months just to check expirey on medications ect....Last edited by Jezebel; Wed, Jun 22nd, 2011 at 09:47 PM.
