That is fantastic. I quit 21 years ago and just the other day I was at the cash and the women in front bought a pack of 20. I did not realize they had gone up to over $10 a pack.

nice brag! i remember hearing somewhere that after 2 years of quitting, the increased risk of some health problems accumulated by smoking is reverted back to one of a person who never smoked

I love hearing smoke free stories!!

**My mom has tried quitting for the past 2 years, but took it up again.

I didn't even suggest that she try this year and she told me that she will begin her journey February 1st! I was soo happy to hear this and I'm hoping she becomes smoke free for good this time.

She lost her job, so this will really help with saving money AND most of all, she and the people around her will be healthier
