How long does it usually take to receive the confirmation email from them?
I signed up and entered all my beauty care preferences but it's been a week and still no email offering samples?

I got my email confirmation 1 day later.

I received this, the people were really nice and helped me find the most suitable products. I plan to use these samples for when I travel for short periods.

received my samples today.
5 little pots and 2 small bottles of stuff
neat except all the lids were loose. lucky they didn't open up
i'm going to mail them and mention this fact

after writing them that the samples did not have tight lids and some of the content spilled, they wrote back, will be sending another package of samples.
might be a few weeks though
some great company, they stand behind their policies.

I have a sneaking suspicion that some mails are not making their way to me.

when i first sent for mine the never came. i emailed them and they sent them again. it is so worth the wait, their products are great... a bit expensive when you buy the whole shebang (toner, cleaner....) but for me totally worth it.

I e-mailed them because I did not recieved my samples either and they told me they will be sending another package.

Yeah, my first one never came either! I tried second time hopefully it comes this time lol. I told them how my eye lids were a bit dried and they said some eye gel might help, sot hey're adding that to the list of samples =) nice people!

the samples are great got them rather fast as well i think it was only about 3 weeks
