I would prepare the pork as directed in this recipe:

and omit making the sauce, subbing in the VH sauce. :-)
if you don't want to deep fry the pork, I'm sure you can just marinate it (like in the recipe) and pan fry with less oil in a non-stick skillet.
Thanks for your reply. I ended up frying up the seasoned pork cubes, then stir frying onion and green pepper along with it...when the veggies were crisp/tender, I added the VH ss sauce and let it simmer a bit. It turned out well :-) and wow so easy! We ate it over egg noodles.
