P & G Brandsaver coupons missing from order

Just wondered if anyone else did not receive the Save $7 WUB 3, Venus Embrace, Secret, $4 WUB 2, etc. from their brandsaver order? Didn't get any Old Spice, Gillette or Panetene either. I received my coupons today but those highly coveted ones are missing....and I can't re-order because it shows 're-order period closed' under my account.

I went to the Brandsaver website and e-mailed them....we'll see what kind of response I receive.

I was missing the Pantene Which I was going to use today, weird cuz I sent a copy to my neighbors too and same thing, no pantene... I did recieve the rest though thankfully.

I got all of mine, I have heard this happening to others though, so I was worried, when I got them today, but I was one of the lucky ones. I hope that they send them out to you!

Then I got 2 more envies today.. with all the rest!!

Maybe it's sending it in 2 envelopes like save.ca sometimes does...?

same thiing happened to me but then a week later got an envie with all the good ones LOL! Don't worry it will likely come!

I received all of my coupons in one envelope (lucky, I guess). I ordered them the on Jan 6 (the day after they came out). Maybe that made a difference?

I got giftset coupons...wondering if these are very very late :S (and hopefully the ones from the beginning of January are on their way)
