Ok i think the best way to explain the catilinas and register rewards is to show you the youtube vids i have found that explain it very clearly.

Catilinas at Walgreens and how to start couponing at walgreens http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JObbCFg89AY <<that is the current up to date deals subscribe and you can see the deals she does up.

This is a vid explainging Riteaid and it is a beginer for new people couponing there. They have a great register reward program and you need to get the customer savings card there... but the deals are great and you all will be amazed... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obLh4UInFYc << she is the same person if you would like to subscribe so you have info when your ready to make a trip.

This is a CVS vid explaining how beginers can start at CVS and they have a register rewards called ECG"s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSIzY4yV9Uc you will need a card here too.

Many grocery stores have these catalinas and register rewards and once you understand how they work that is where you have amazing savings. When you purchase something with a register reward most often you can't use that coupon to purchase the same product so they have 2 different sets of transactions that produce coupons and it seriously reduces your oop. The vids are amazing tutorials and i would have had no real idea how the system down there works without them. Good luck and i hope this gives you a clear veiw of the possiblities.
