Ok i think the best way to explain the catilinas and register rewards is to show you the youtube vids i have found that explain it very clearly.

This is a vid explainging Riteaid and it is a beginer for new people couponing there. Many grocery stores have these catalinas and register rewards and once you understand how they work that is where you have amazing savings. When you purchase something with a register reward most often you can't use that coupon to purchase the same product so they have 2 different sets of transactions that produce coupons and it seriously reduces your oop. The vids are amazing tutorials and i would have had no real idea how the system down there works without them. Good luck and i hope this gives you a clear veiw of the possiblities.
