It's great you only spent .49. Now when I went to the Dominican Republic - there were actually pieces of WOOD CHIPS - some 1" X 1/4" in the TP - We would have KILLED for White Swan!

That is a great deal! Though I am brand loyal to Charmin, Purex and Royale...it seems the men in my household have bums made of silk and won't use anything else. I brought home a no name brand a while ago and I swear they went on poop strikes until I replaced it with their usually cushy kind!

Some people like their sanpaper TP. My mom only buys the SDM 1ply kind. I buy whatever I have a coupon for and have from time to time bought Charmin Basic which is pretty thin. Never tried white swan TP tho. I however am so cheap that I would be willing to wipe with sandpaper for 50cents.

I will buy whatever TP is cheap, but won't buy Charmin because it clogs up my toilet. We are now using cheap TP from Canadian Tire with the $5 coupons. DS said he doesn't like it because it's too rough. Too bad, I said he could use newspaper or leaves instead.
Back in the good old days, didn't people use pages from Eaton's catalog?

White Swan is certainly not like sandpaper but I will admit its not as soft as Cottonnelle or Royale, but for .50 who CARES.

Remember a few years ago, Zellers had these with shelf sticker for almost $2 but scanning at 27 cents. Went to all Zellers near me and bought them all.
Remember Giant Tiger used to sell Majesta 4 roll for .99, used my $1 coupons and just pay tax.

Where's that TP thread that used to evaluate how much you pay PER SHEET? That was always helpful!
