Maybe-sometimes-some-places. You-have-to-ask. WM-may-treat-them-like-a-price-match-I've-read.

Whether any particular Walmart accepts CZ coupons varies from store to store.
My local Goderich Walmart views CZ ( ie Loblaws) coupons and some other competitors' store coupons (ie Rexall) as a viable coupon in their location.
Some other Walmart locations do not allow competitor store coupons.TRADING COUPONS: FOOD, DENTAL, SOAP / BODY WASH/DEODORANT, SPECIAL CREAMS, MAKEUP, HEALTH, AIR FRESHNERS, HAIRCOLOUR, CLEANING, HAIRCARE/ SHAMPOO, DIAPERS, SHAVING, PET, MEDICINE,LAUNDRY, STORES, LONDON BUSINESSES, FAST FOOD, BATTERYPRODUCTS, CHILDREN FOOD and TOY, SMOKING CESSATION and lots more !!
