The last weekend of May is Toronto's turn to shine its lights on buildings of architectural interest/history. Check dates and times as not all sites will be open on both days. New-the Parliament museum at Parliament/Front St!

Note: Yonge Subway line will be closed between Bloor and Union stations that weekend for King St. track upgrades--adjust travel plans accordingly.

Another closure to complete work at King station is scheduled for the weekend of May 26.

Thanks for posting, but I cannot believe that the TTC can't get it together on one of the busiest transit days of the year! I get that you need to close the track for repairs and the weekend is the best time to do it...but on THAT weekend *facepalm*

Also, the Textile Museum will have its annual yard sale on Friday May 25 and Saturday May 26-perfect for the sewers, crafters and artists needing yarn, fabric and more!

Thanks great post. Yeah too bad about the TTC. But for those who don't know, the DAY PASS is the best deal - on weekends and holidays, $10.50 get you UNLIMITED travel on the TTC (bus, subways, trolleys) for 2 adults plus 4 children!
