Great advice. I have found that by skipping rope everyday, walking half an hour or more and going vegetarian has helped me shrink more than I imagined. I used to be a size 14, now I'm between a 10 and 11. Not that I am planning on losing any more, but I'm happy with the results.

i read somewhere that losing weight is like 80% diet..or something.. and 20% more exercise.. ice cold lemon water or green tea water is excellent. having some form of vegetable/fruit at every meal helps. have your biggest meal at breakfast..ie oatmeal, egg, multi grain toast, orange /apple etc. BIG glass of water.. then for lunch a healthy salad with a light viniagrette dressing.. and for dinner a side of veggies with a small portion of protein ie fish/chicken.. in between healthy snacks. all the while drinking water.. in addition to that exercising 3x a week for 20 min.. and voila.. look great, feel awesome. its NOT easy.. but its SO worth it.

Be You.
Simple as that!

thx for your advice.
Recently i have realised a very important common sense, that is never eating watermelon as your night snack. Watermelon contains abundant moisture and sugar.
